I’m not a huge fan of meaningless mission statements. Put simply, I want to advance Financial Management in the Air Force. We have so many incredible FMers, but more resources than anyone could read in a lifetime. Information is being produced faster than we can synthesize. And our world is growing more complex everyday. I aim to create a trusted resource which is entirely searchable.

Data analytics and increased searchability are two things financial management is lacking. This is a huge undertaking. I don’t know if it will succeed, but I want to do something. I want to contribute to a career field and Air Force that has given me so much.

I am the civilian comptroller for the 301st Fighter Wing in Fort Worth, Texas and a Reserve finance officer. After spending seven years on active duty, I returned home to Texas and began the second chapter of my life. I am an avid maker that loves golf, reading, welding, carpentry and tinkering with electronics. An amateur at many things and master of none.
