IPAC Information

IPAC is a way for Federal Program Agencies (FPAs) to transfer funds from one agency to another with standardized descriptive data.

IPAC has three components:

  • IPAC
  • Retirement and Insurance Transfer System (RITS)
  • Treasury Receivable Accounting and Collection System (TRACS)
